The rooms at Europe Hotel Vieux Port were really cozy and comfortable. We loved the modern wooden furnishings and the air conditioning, which made our stay very pleasant. The TV with satellite channels was a great addition too. Plus, the free WiFi was a lifesaver for keeping the kids entertained.

Personally, I found the soundproofing of the guest rooms could have been better. However, I understand that some people might not mind the noise and still enjoy their stay.

I stayed at a hotel in Marseille that had an amazing location, just a minute walk to the Metro and two minutes walk from the old port. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was super clean. The breakfast they served was absolutely delicious.

Hotel is in a perfect location to explore Marseille. Right in the centre of the port area and next door to a Metro stop.

Poor breakfast facility and it is unmanned late at night. Passcode needed to enter after midnight.

Very central location, although not quite on the harbor. Nice staff at reception desk. We arrived early (11am) and the room was ready. On departure, we could leave our luggage near the reception desk and pick it up later in the afternoon. Good price. Wifi worked fine.

Our triple room was relatively tiny. Bathtub not perfectly cleaned (I suppose this is because most people must use it for shower and not for bath). Next time in a similar context (cold winter week-end) I would probably choose a hotel that's really on the harbor, and probably on the North side (quai du Port) for good exposure to the South/sun and the harbor

The location is right next to the old port and the metro stop. Really great location. Everything else about the hotel for us was fine.

If you have trouble with steps, the climb to the 1st floor will be a challenge.

You have to take the stairs, in irder to go to the reception (one floor) but after that there is an elevato. It wasn't tiring but we had light luggage!! Bath tub drainage was not so good, but I guess they will fix it... Also it would be usefull the existence of some shower/shampoo in the bathroom.

The hotel is situated near the old port, making it convenient for exploring the city's historic attractions and enjoying the waterfront. its central location provides easy access to public transport and a variety of restaurants and tourist sites. the rooms are basic but comfortable, offering a quiet retreat with the option to fully open the windows for fresh air and a pleasant atmosphere.

The hotel lacks an elevator or has a very old and small one, which can be inconvenient if you have difficulty with stairs or heavy luggage.

proximity to transportation was excellent. metro was 2minute walk to hotel. was very close to bus tours & shopping

rooms were somewhat smaller than we had hoped for , not too much walking space if you have 2 pieces of luggage. bath tub could use a shower curtain to prevent water from going onto floor.

The value for my money at Europe Hotel Vieux Port was great! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect with easy access to the main attractions. The staff was helpful and pointed us in the right direction for things to do.

I had a wonderful weekend stay at a small, cosy hotel located in an amazing spot near the Old Port. The hotel had a very good noise isolation, which allowed me to sleep well even when there was a concert outside. The staff at the reception were very pleasant and helpful, pointing out the main attractions and providing directions. The single room I stayed in had all the necessary amenities, including a coffee making facility. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a two-minute walk from the Old Port, with many shops and restaurants nearby. I couldn't have chosen a better hotel for my stay.
